Shop4All connects buyers with sellers offering products like fashion, electronics, and home essentials. We facilitate secure transactions via our Razorpay Payment Gateway.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (name, address, payment info) during checkout.
• Review product descriptions and prices before purchasing.
• Contact sellers or Shop4All for order issues.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Register with accurate KYC details (e.g., PAN, GSTIN).
• List products with clear descriptions, images, and prices.
• Fulfill orders promptly and comply with our 8% platform fee (deducted per sale).
• Handle returns as per our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, and wallets. Seller payouts are made within 1–2 days post-delivery, minus the 8% platform fee.

5. Prohibited Activities

• No unauthorized products, fraudulent listings, or external payment links.
• Violations may lead to account suspension.

6. Liability

Shop4All is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or seller disputes. We mediate disputes fairly.
