These Seller Policy & Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation as a seller on our platform, shop4all.in ("Platform"). By registering as a seller or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility Who Can Sell: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, or registered businesses are welcome to apply. Account Approval: Shop4All reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend seller accounts at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate information during registration, including your name, email, address, and business details (if applicable). One Account: Each seller may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized by Shop4All. 2. Seller Responsibilities Product Listings: You are responsible for creating accurate, complete, and lawful product listings, including descriptions, prices, images, and stock availability. Listings must not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain prohibited items (see Section 5). Pricing: Set fair and competitive prices, including any applicable taxes. You may not artificially inflate prices or mislead customers about discounts. Shipping & Delivery: Provide clear shipping timelines and costs. You must ship orders promptly (within 3 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise stated) and ensure items reach customers in good condition. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues fairly. Maintain a professional tone in all communications. Compliance: Adhere to all local, national, and international laws, including tax obligations, consumer protection regulations, and shipping restrictions. 3. Fees & Payments Listing Fees: There are no fees to list products unless you opt for premium features (details provided during signup). Commission: Shop4All charges a commission on each sale, calculated as a percentage of the total order value (excluding shipping). Current rates are available in your seller dashboard and may change with 30 days’ notice. Payment Schedule: Payments for completed orders (after returns period) are disbursed to your registered bank account bi-weekly, minus applicable fees. You must provide valid banking details. Refunds & Chargebacks: You are responsible for refunding customers for defective, damaged, or undelivered items. Shop4All may deduct these amounts from your payouts if unresolved. 4. Account Management Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at ss8482541@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Updates: Maintain current contact and payment information in your seller dashboard. Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, poor performance (e.g., excessive cancellations), or failure to meet customer expectations. Prohibited Activities & Items Prohibited Items: You may not sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, weapons, adult content, or items restricted by Indian law. Behavior: Do not engage in spamming, price manipulation, fake reviews, or any activity that harms customers, other sellers, or Shop4All’s reputation. Intellectual Property: Respect copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Unauthorized use may lead to immediate account suspension. 6. Delivery Charge Calculation Distance-Based Charges: Shop4All calculates delivery charges based on the distance between your registered address and the customer’s shipping address. You must keep your address updated in the dashboard to ensure accurate calculations. Transparency: Charges are displayed to customers at checkout and reflected in your order summary. Current tiers: ₹50 (0-10 km), ₹100 (10-50 km), ₹200 (50-100 km), ₹300 (100+ km). 7. Returns & Disputes Returns Policy: Accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. You bear the return shipping cost unless the customer’s claim is invalid. Dispute Resolution: Attempt to resolve disputes directly with customers. If unresolved, Shop4All may mediate, and our decision is final. For legal disputes, refer to Section 11. 8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your product images and descriptions but grant Shop4All a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for marketing and operations. Platform Content: All Shop4All logos, designs, and text are our property. You may not use them without written permission. 9. Privacy Data Use: We collect your personal and business information to manage your account and process payments. See our for details. Customer Data: Use customer information (e.g., shipping addresses) only to fulfill orders. Do not share or misuse it. 10. Limitation of Liability Shop4All is not liable for losses due to platform downtime, customer disputes, or third-party actions (e.g., shipping delays). Our liability is limited to the commission earned from your sales in the past 30 days. You indemnify Shop4All against claims arising from your products, actions, or breaches of these Terms. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lakhimpur - Kheri, India. Mediation: Before legal action, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed third party. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms with 15 days’ notice via email or dashboard announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly. 13.
